By being a member of the University of Thessaly you get to gain access to a variery of services like for example an email account.

Useful information about your email account like ways to access it (e.g. Webmail) and for other services as well you can find at the website of the IT Department

Through the service, students can submit the course statement electronically, view course grades, request various certificates, and be informed of announcements by the Department Secretariat.

The username and password are the same as those used to access the university email.

Access to the E-secretariat system is ONLY from the university's internal network Access to networks outside the university is possible using a virtual private VPN network. Instructions for setting up, configuring and using VPN can be found here

All Certificate Applications are only made electronically through the Electronic Secretariat.

The secretariat of the department is responsible for administrative, academic and student affairs. Students' reception days / hours are: Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 - 13:00.
